Rules and Information

Pay first, drawing later. If I have a line up of customers, I will wait to have you pay me until you become the first person on my list. I will send you a message saying I am ready for you to pay me and that I will get started on your drawing. I do not take payments after.

The finished drawing will be posted on tumblr. The account means nothing, it is just a place holder for people to pick up their art. If you want a larger file for a higher quality drawing that is too large for tumblr to handle, then I can email the drawing to you. Otherwise, I prefer to keep everything on my burn profile.

Tell me the style you want me to draw by attaching a link to a drawing of mine that you like. This step is not required, so if you do not do this, I will draw in any style I want because I like to change things up.

Give me a reference to the character you want me to draw. I do not work based off of written descriptions. The only time I will work on a written description is if you are having me make your characters first reference sheet. Written descriptions will be charged extra.

Tell me what you want me to draw. Just giving a reference to the character is not enough. Tell me what you want the character to be doing. If you don't do this I will just make something up. If you know what you want, be specific. If I make a mistake or leave something out, please don't be afraid to point this out and I will go back and make the edits that are needed.

Don't rush me. I have other commissions to do as well and I do them in the order of who ordered first. I keep track of the dates that people ordered their commissions on and I will keep updated with people if their order is taking longer to get to than expected. Messaging me everyday about your order will result in me cancelling the order. Please keep in mind that I am in school and my studies come first always, and that I also work three jobs. Be warned, it can take me a few months to finally get to someone if they are further down on my list.

Refunds :
- Nonrefundable : a drawing is nonrefundable after it has gone through the coloring phase.
- Partial refund : a 15% refund may be given if the buyer no longer wants the drawing and it is only at the line art phase. This means the line art has been completed but coloring/detailing has not yet started.
- Half refund : if you no longer wish to go through with the commission while the drawing is still only in the sketching phase. However, this is not valid to sketch commissions.
- Full refund : a full refund can be obtained if you no longer wish to go through with the commission before any of the drawing process has started.

I will provide a WIP (work in progress) sketch before I start on the lineart/finalizing the drawing. Critiques are welcome and I'm open to changing a sketch entirely for no extra cost. Feel free to ask for updates as well after the sketch has been approved.

My wait list is limited to three people at a time so I do not feel overwhelmed. Please do not ask about commissions if my wait list is full. I will make exceptions if I feel I can handle the workload.
